Je suis à la recherche d'un hangar/atelier pour travailler la sculpture monumentale en métal (hangar min. 150M2) sur un terrain (au moins 2000M2) où je peux commencer un projet.
En effet, j'ai soumis ce projet au "budget participatif" organisé par le conseil départemental de l'Aude dirigé par Hélène Sandragné, présidente. (Bientôt vous pouvez voter pour)
Si je gagne, je recevrai 75 000 euros et avec les 25 000 euros que je peux apporter moi-même, j'aurai 100 000 euros pour lancer ce "parc de sculptures ouvert au public".
Je cherche donc "des lieux" à proposer dans mon dossier. Je m'excuse donc que tout n'est pas encore certain. Nous cherchons un endroit dans l'Aude (à ce prix au max.) où nous pouvons *avoir un "Parc" pour *les expositions permanentes (y compris en intérieur si le hangar est assez grand). L'endroit doit offrir la possibilité de *travailler (= hangar) et de préférence aussi de séjourner légalement de temps en temps (mobile home par exemple) !

Il est évident que je ne suis pas intéressé par un terrain inondable ou par trop de tralala dans le voisinage.

Hello, My name is David Vanorbeek, I am a freelance sculptor. I am looking for a shed/workshop to work on monumental metal sculpture (min. 150M2 shed) on a piece of land (at least 2000M2) where I can start a project.
I have submitted this project to the "participative budget" organised by the departmental council of Aude led by Hélène Sandragné, president. (Soon you can vote for it)
If I win, I will receive 75,000 euros and with the 25,000 euros I can contribute myself, I will have 100,000 euros to launch this "sculpture park open to the public". So I'm looking for "places" to propose in my dossier. So I apologise that not everything is certain yet. We are looking for a place in the Aude (at this price at most) where we can *have a "Park" for *permanent exhibitions (including indoors if the shed is big enough). The place should offer the possibility to *work (= hangar) and preferably also to stay legally from time to time (mobile home for example)!
